Keep the top information panel also fixed along with the logo panel

Hi, how do I make the information panel above the logo panel also fixed to the top? Currently the information panel hides displaying the logo and the menu panel. I tried removing the block-panel selector from the template manager but this does not fix it.

How do I add the title to pages other than the existing ones. Most of the pages have title with the navigation breadcrumb inside the slider. However, Im unable to get the title to be displayed for some pages. Where do I add it?

However, site has followed to a layout with the standard design, so if you want to display in different style - Please refer of how do your page has been created. Please use a component or create a new version -> Then override your template.

Thanks for the response. However, I do not want to change the style but want to display the title on all pages. This page http://eox.ninja/contact-us/careers/newest-jobs does not show the title. It displays on other pages. What am I doing wrong?

Also, when Im trying to create a duplicate menu item, it is losing the header title with breadcrumb. http://eox.ninja/2016-02-20-09-59-55...s-we-do-better please check this page. Surprisingly, I also noticed that the same Alias cannot be used for the menu alias also. How do I get over this?
