I am trying to download JV CONQUER quickstart but every time the download is stopped and corrupted, can you please help me downloading the template?

Thank you, downloaded successfully, but i can see some things are not working fine
1- when enable RTL support when scroll down in main page the animation is not working properly
2- JV framework version is 3.1 and I need it updated to latest version.
3- scrolling effect in template manager is not available, maybe after updating it will be.
4- JS& CSS compression is not working.
