How to post a saved request?

When the type of channel is "save" instead of "post immediately", the articles appear in the request list. There USED to be a button to post the request but since I updated, this button is gone. It's not possible to post saved request any more. That makes JVSP pretty much useless because it doesn't allow the admin final control over what is posted when any more.
