i have an issue in channel data . I save app id and secret id but nothing is saved. Why this is happening?

can not save channel data facebook api and secret key in order to funtion the componet. does not work tha component. Error JV Social Publish: fail to post to 'facebook' channel. Error 190: Invalid OAuth access token signature.
