Image hover animation in Services Module

Hi there

I've replace the icons in the services2 module with PNG images. I would like to add a hover effect on these images, but can't seem to get them to to move. I've tried adding custom css entries in the css3.css file and custom.css file with no effect on the images.

I won't even mind using some of the animations included in the template, but I can seem have them move on mouse over or when hover of the mouse on the image.

Please help
