Comments system issue for Hikashop product page Hikamarket Vendor page

Can You please help. There seems to be few issues with JV all in one when Hikashop products or vendors are being commented. I have 2 issues.

Issue 1 - disappearing comments.
Please have a look based on Your own demo:

I can leave the comment under this product and it will be displayed but when I refresh the page it will disappear again.
In other words - comments are not shown and I have the same issue with my own template.
I made an experiment and change template to standard joomla one - than I left the comment, it was nicely displayed on the page, and when I changed back to JV All in One than this comment was displayed properly - even when I refresh the page.

Based on that I would assume there is some issue with JV All in One processing comments in Hikashop. It looks like comments are not saved.


Issue 2 - comments not displayed at all
Whats more - when I leave comment in my template installation than the comment is not even displayed on the product page (it is very strange but sometimes it happens that all comments display at the same time). Please have a look (ps. You already have all the login data to my page). Definitelly there is an issue there.
