  • Issue with Polish fonts for JV ALL in One

    Hi JV Support

Can You please help me with the following issue:
My country is Poland and I need to be able to use fonts that have polish signs. Here is the website:
    http://s339467542.domenastandartowa.pl/db2/

In Chrome and Firefox it looks good. But when I try IE or Vivaldi the font crushes and polish signs are in different font (as on the attachment).

Initially I tried to change fonts in template settings in:
Enhancements -> templates -> JV All In One -> Google Fonts.
But it turned out that the font that is initially used Oswald already handles polish fonts. I have checked it hare:
    https://www.google.com/fonts#ChoosePlace:select

So now I ma puzzled. Font used in the template is having polish signs but still in template it does not work correctly.

    Can You please help?

    Thank You
    Tim

        Hey tradlak,
We understand what you mean. Template just load font from google font to display. And the problem is either this font support for your language or not. You need to choose the right font for the best occurrence.
For example: Oswald Font just support for latin language: http://prntscr.com/auy2ly
Open Sans font have full support: http://prntscr.com/auy2zz
So please download this JV Framework: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5ulxvyhmkj...work_3.4.6.zip
Then update it and use the subset to display your language. http://prntscr.com/auy4gz
If you still have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
        Best Regards,

The error is solved. The solution was very simple - it was enough to re-trigger the font. Just change it to another one and than enter it again. Than all correct subsets jump in automatically.
The JVFramework in the attachment is the old one 3* I already use 4.2.7
              Now everything is working

              Thank You
              Tim
