Error in Flatize in backend

I'm getting this error in the backend when I want to edit the template settings;

Sorry for the inconvenience, this is the admin error. There are 2 ways to fix this problem:
1. Turn off the full debug. At that time Debug is maximum.
or
2. Please contact with your hosting provider to enable part: allow_url_fopen
