I just installed the newest version of JV Flatize on my test domain flatize.fabulosa.ch.
The logo seems to be on the wrong place.
Please take a look.

Because you have just changed your password, so we couldn't update for you.
In the Newest Flatize Download Package, please go to folder: "Extensions_Flatize_Joomla3x", then searching and installing the component which name: "com_jvframework_3.4.6.zip"
Then the error can be fixed.
