Can't select Google font

I can't select anolthe Google font.

In Extensions | templates | JV-Flatize - Standaard I get this error.

This is the admin error. There are 2 ways for fixing this error:
1. Turning off the debug. It's maximum at that time.
or:
2. Please contact with your hosting provider to enable allow_url_fopen.
II. The google font's error has been fixed.
