Problem with MD MegaMenu when adding new item

Hello,

When adding a new item in mega menu, the popup opens fine. But when clicking "ADD" button nothing happens and a javascript error comes in firebug.

"Error: no such method 'add' for tabs widget instance" related to jquery.

Thank you for your help resolving this issue.
