Main Menu (Responsive view) not show menu items when using from a tablet/phone

When I check the responsiveness of the website on my tablet on smart phone the main menu either does not show or is unresponsive meaning it does not navigation when a menu item is pressed. If when i see the main menu in responsive mode when I press a menu item they all disappear and only the title "Main Menu" is shown
