Template & Module Issue

Hello I have problems. I have installed theme only and the mod_jvpanel does not exist in the application after I have installed all extensions. I then upgraded joomla and still not appear. I have then copied tables from a dummy copy in quickstart and also copied the module folder but it still does not show up... and need it urgently. my license/purchase code ends in 582c8

Also the H1 headings do not display as well please in template can you assist soonest.
