Well, this is the session problem. I think that Joomla have unnecessary indexes on jos_session table. This table is very often overhead, and thus giving you a problem. Possible causes:

With the "Edit HTML Source" option of your WYSIWYG editor you can put HTML code in your article. However the HTML code will be stripped upon saving.
Even if you use the no WYSIWYG ( "Editor - No Editor") which can be set in Global Configuration and/or the parameters of your user account in the User Manager.
